Yuasa Town, Wakayama Prefecture

I could have some off time this week finally, so visited Yuasa Town in Wakayama Prefecture. It is a histrical town that started manufacturing soy sauce in Japan for the first time. As visited, I came to know it is a famous fishing port for glassfish also. I saw a few tourists, but the streets were very quiet.

I encountered a nostalgic fruit shop or many people on motorcycles. They looked embedded with real life rather than set up for tourism.

I had a mandarin orange juice because this area is very famous for the “Arida orange”. The shop’s decoration was like this.
