Rengeshoma (Anemonopsis macrophylla) at Hashimoto-in Temple, Gose City, Nara

2026-07-30 Visiting Hashimoto-in Temple two or three times a year in my case. On this hot summer day, Rengeshoma and hydrangeas were blooming in the shade, while lilies and lotus flowers were in bloom in the sun. (All photos taken with SIGMA sd Quattro H) Map
Lotus flowers at Fujiwara Palace Ruins, Kashihara City, Nara, 2026

2026-07-19 Visited the Fujiwara Palace ruins this year also to take photos of the lotus flowers. It rained the day before, so I could take many shots of lotus leaves repelling the remaining water droplets as well as the flowers. I might have been lucky. (All photos taken with SIGMA sd Quattro H) Map
