Cluster amaryllis at Butsuryu-ji Temple, Uda City, Nara

Visited Butsuryu-ji Temple as I learned that cluster amaryllis (spider lilies) were in full bloom now. Not only the flowers were at their peak, but raindrops from last night left on their petals were shining in the morning sunlight and that was simply beautiful. In the deep mountains, the temple was so quiet and I felt my soul cleaned. (All photos taken with SIGMA sd Quattro H)

There were white and yellow lilies as well.

As always, a small vase with causal flowers was displayed on a simplest table. That's it. Still, I felt something.
